Biographies:  Pastor Carl E. Hall:

Pastor Carl Hall was born and raised in Middle Tennessee and hails from a Christian Home. He was "born again" at the age of 12 in a Freewill Baptist Church where his family attended. Carl grew up working in his Dad's family-owned grocery store. He met a Methodist Pastor's daughter, Beverly Jo, in high school and married her in 1973. In the next few years, God increased their family with a beautiful daughter, Jill and then a little later, a son, Matthew. As the family grew and the family responsibilities grew so did Carl's hunger for the Lord. In 1987, Carl made a conscious and life-changing decision to seek more of God (Matt. 5:6). During a time of desperate seeking, Carl experienced an encounter with God which filled him with the Spirit of God and with Fire (Matt. 3:11).

This event was the beginning of a new walk of faith with God. The Lord led him to move his family in 1988 to Broken Arrow, OK for the purpose of attending the Rhema Bible Training Center. While there he attended his Bible Study Classes and held down two and sometimes three jobs to help support his family. On Sundays, he and his family faithfully attended Rhema Bible Church, where he served in the helps ministeries. After finishing his course work at Rhema Bible Training Center, the Lord led him back to Tennessee in 1992. He joined Victory Fellowship Church in Nashville and served in the helps ministries in the church.

In June, 1998, Carl and Beverly pioneered a new work in Shelbyville. As the founding pastor of Victory Celebration Revival Church, Pastor Carl and wife, Beverly took a major step of FAITH to illustrate to everyone that God is always a Good God and to prove that God is for you and not against you!

Pastor Carl Hall's sermons are both informative and full of revelation of God's Word, which is also God's Will. Born-again Christians can be instructed in the Word of God so that God may reveal Himself to each and every person to establish a personal relationship through the indwelling of the Holy Spirit. Pastor Carl Hall has a very unique delivery that helps to keep on filling each and everyone who hears and receives the Word of God. This enables us to understand His Word and constantly fills us with the Spirit of God. Thinking like God thinks, Imagine That!

                           Beverly Jo Hall:

Beverly Jo was born in southern Kentucky and a daughter of a Methodist Minister. She was raised in a Christian environment and had a substantial foundation in the Bible growing up in the church. She met Carl in high school and they fell in love and married in 1973. Together they had two children: daughter, Jill and son, Matthew.

Both having a good solid foundation in God's Word, they began seriously seeking more and more of God. They both had an unquenchable thirst for His Word and a constant hunger for establishing a personal relationship with Jesus Christ as their personal saviour. Beverly had the same desire to attend the Rhema Bible Training Center. This training provided her with the knowledge and understanding to be the consummate help mate as God had intended (Gen. 2:18) both as a wife and as a mother of their children.

At Victory Celebration Revival Church, she is affectionately called "Pastorette". God gave her the same Faith to step out and create a new work here in Shelbyville. It is through their joint efforts that the church logo came as a vision from God with the three firey torches representing the Trinity: God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit. The torches are formed into a "V" representing Victory which is found only in God's Word in the plan of salvation for all creation around the world. Victory Celebration Revival Church has a heart for the nations because God has a heart for all His creation. Therefore, the church, led by the Holy Spirit is inspired to celebrate  this victory, which will bring about the revival in the lives of all who hear, receive and understand the Words God has revealed for us in our lives and the lives of everyone around us.

Beverly Jo does most of the administrative work of the church, has a major impact on the instruction of the Word, Bible Study and teaching for the children of the church. Most important is her ability as a mighty "prayer warrior" and intercessor for the people of the church and for those who are in need of prayer. Victory Celebration Revival Church has the favor of God and will impact the revival of the people of Shelbyville through the Holy Name of Jesus Christ.
