 Pastor Carl and Beverly Hall

 

                                                Pastor Carl and Beverly moved their family from Cookeville, TN.
                                                           to Broken Arrow, OK. in 1988 to attend Rhema Bible Training Center.
                                                           While completing their training they were also faithful members of
                                                           Rhema Bible Church.  After graduating they moved back to Tennessee
                                                           with a vision from the Lord. While they continued to seek for clear direction,
                                                           they served in the helps ministry at Victory Fellowship Church in Nashville,TN.

                                                                   Then in order to fulfill their vision from the Lord, they pioneered Victory
                                                            Celebration Revival Church in 1998. The church began in their home, but
                                                            within three months was able to purchase property and move into a building
                                                            in which VCR Church still makes it's home.

                                                                   The preaching and teaching of Pastor Carl and his entire staff is presented
                                                            with simplicity and power to all that hear and receive, no matter what their age.
